• Master Franchise Agent pays 75% towards the cost of customising product. 25% is taken care by KMsoft.
• KMsoft takes up upgradation / feature enhancement at a mutually agreed cost.
• Incomes are shared between KMsoft and Master Franchisee based on mutual consent.
